Blueberry Banana Bread.
This is the simplest bread you will ever make.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Bake for 70/80 Minutes at 180c.
Insert knife into the centre of the loaf and if it comes out almost dry- you’re good to go.
2 Bananas
250g Oats
75g Walnuts
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
3 Free range eggs
300g Greek Yoghurt
50g Blueberries
